Judging Standards
Section C - Vegetables

 

The judging standards for each variety of Vegetable are very specific so please refer to the revised Judging Standards for non-specialized shows published by the BC Council of Garden Clubs for detailed information. A copy of these standards is at the Pender Island Library for your convenience.

In general, points are scored with reference to: size, colour, uniformity, condition and freedom of blemish.

The B.C. Fairs & Exhibitions Association does not have a website, and the BC Council of Garden Clubs and the Department of Agriculture, BC Provincial Government, does not provide this information online.
